Matraca, A.C.--not affiliated with a church or the
government--cares
for homeless and working kids in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico.
Started
in 1991 by the Jesuit priest Luis Fernández, Matraca's purpose
is to promote,
support, and help these young people.
